The dressing is the Gurkensalat dressing with herbs, chopped red onion and chives added. Quantities follow that recipe and are a starting point; Essig-Essenz is concentrated vinegar, so a few drops only.
The list said beets; the colander holds radishes, until Heiner says otherwise.
